Jeannette Bajalia, MHRM
President 

 

As President and Principal Advisor, Jeannette brings to Petros Estate & Retirement Planning 35 years of professional experience in major corporations,as an independent business owner, and as a retirement planning advisor designing and implementing some of the most innovative estate planning solutions to clients and their families. She is also Founder and President of Woman’s Worth, a planning firm that specializes with the unique needs facing women as they plan for their retirement.

She is regarded as one of the thought leaders in developing and deploying innovative retirement planning strategies to help pre-retirees and retirees to ensure their financial independence so they can have a dignified, successful retirement. Jeannette is an Ed Slott Elite Advisory member, a published author and weekly radio guest on Financial Safari.

In addition to her business and professional experiences, Jeannette has significant experience with the issues facing the aging population. She has a heart for ensuring individuals have a retirement plan that allows them to enjoy a successful retirement and they are treated with dignity and respect. 

Jeannette has lived in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida for over 13 years. She completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. 


 

Brian T. Mickley, MSHR
Vice President

Brian joined Petros after four decades of leadership experience in the health insurance industry and in the United States Army. During his tenure as an Army officer, Brian provided leadership to a wide array of military units and activities including a tour as a member of the staff and faculty at The United States Military Academy at West Point. He retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel after nearly 23 years of service. His experience in the corporate environment included leadership responsibilities in Marketing, Operations and Human Resources. Brian brings a wealth of knowledge and highly developed skills in the areas of general management, strategic and operational planning and human resource management. As Vice President & COO of both Petros and Woman’s Worth, Brian is principally responsible for planning, organizing and directing the day-to-day operations of the companies.

Brian and his family have lived in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, for almost 20 years. He completed his undergraduate studies at Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio, and graduate studies at the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah, and holds a BA in Education and a Master of Science in Human Resources.
